Description

General premise: group already completed Sunless Citadel, now 5 years later, a new group of adventurers are set to check that it is still cleaned up.

Anyone that survived will return, and some that could have snuck away

Gnimsh will have setup a lab right outside of the town and act as quest giver.

Anyone dead is still dead

dealing with the consequences of these changes.

Summary

The players will take upon themselves the mission to scout out and explore the Sunless Citadel, five years after the last group of adventurers explored it and defeated the Gulthias Tree. Their mission is to find out what is going on there and see if there is still any traces of the old evil shrub.

They will be able to rest and supply at the newly built temple of Gond where Gnimsh has set base. They will explore the citadel level where kobolds and hobgoblins battle for supremacy, and rats and undeads lurk in the shadows. Then proceed to the dungeon level where they must battle many different foes of strange types to confront the druid Belak.

The adventure ends when they are ambushed by a tribe of Drow elves and taken prisoner.
