Added/Modified an alternative to Dragonborn for playing Lizardfolk

===== Lizardfolk =====

  * Abilities:
    * Strength +2
    * Wisdom +1
  * Age: 15-80
  * Alignment: Neutral, most True Neutral
  * Size: 6+ feet tall, averaging 250 pounds.
  * Speed: Walk speed 30
  * Aquatic: Swim speed 30
  * Hold Breath: The Lizardfolk can hold its breath for 15 minutes.
  * Natural Armor: 12 +Dex, weight 0, similar to studded leather. Can't use normal armor, it must be made for lizardfolk.
  * Languages: Common + Draconic

  * Optional: Unarmed attack: 1d4 piercing/slashing, count as armed. (bite, claws)

  * Strength +2
  * Wisdom +1
Special:
  * Swim speed 30
  * Hold Breath 15 minutes
  * Natural Armor 12
  * Can not wear ordinary armor, must be adapted or crafted for you
  * If not using any other weapons, can attack with Bite or Claw for 1D4 piercing.
Loses from Dragonborn:
  * Charisma changed to Wisdom
  * Draconic Ancestry
  * Breath Weapon
  * Damage Resistance
